Heritage at Parsons Creek

In April 2011, Rohit Land Development acquired 74 acres of land in the thriving city of Fort McMurray. Parsons Creek North is located north of Timberlea and west of Highway 63. With the help of Rohit’s knowledgeable team of staff, consultants and contractors, this sizable venture has been brought to market with remarkable speed and as of fall 2012 has serviced 302 lots and is now selling!  This development was named Heritage at Parsons Creek to recognize the humble culture of Fort McMurray, despite the town’s recent growth into an international industrious giant. Separated into two multi staged parcels, the neighbourhoods are correspondingly named Heritage Point and Heritage Crossing. The Province has plans for the area to have a unique waterfront district, an enhanced commercial service sector and many walking trails surrounding the forested land. The project is anticipated to be fully complete in just 3 short years.
